Judianne was raised in Tacoma, Washington. She spent late high-school years at the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs where she and her brother continued their training in figure skating, which culminated in 1964 as a member of the Olympic Team. Thanks to a scholarship to Colorado College, she graduated in 1964 with a B.A. in German.
In late 1977 she and her family moved from California to Sun Valley, seeking a better environment to raise their three daughters. While in Sun Valley, Judianne has had multiple careers: owner/manager of a hotel complex, travel agent, manager of a large real estate firm, private CFO of a local development company and most recently the Parish Administrator of St. Thomas Episcopal Church.
Over the past 30 years she has been involved with many charitable organizations, including the Moritz Hospital Auxiliary, the Community Library, the Senior Connection and now the Sage School.
